Changes Coming to Collabria Credit Cards in October

Manage your Collabria credit card with CardWise, a digital account management platform that lets you manage your credit cards securely. Set up alerts, check your balance, even block sketchy charges – all from your phone or computer. It’s credit card management, the way it should be: simple, smart, and totally in your hands. Please note that Business credit card holders are still able to access MyCardInfo for their accounts.
Collabria Financial Services Inc. (“Collabria”) is an independent entity from your credit union with no ownership interest in the other. If you choose to obtain Collabria credit card services through a referral from your credit union, it will receive compensation from Collabria.
Watch your Inbox for Important Information about your Credit Card
Some Prosperity members will soon receive a new Prosperity-branded credit card with a new card number. If your card is affected, Collabria has sent you an email with important information about the change, including details specific to your card and what you’ll need to do when your new card arrives. Please watch your inbox for this communication.
All legacy Cypress, Diamond North, and Foam Lake cardholders will be reissued a Prosperity credit card with a new number. Legacy Prairie Centre USD (United States Dollar) cardholders will be reissued a Prosperity card with a new number.
Affected cardholders will need to activate their new card once it arrives. Your existing PIN will carry over, but because your card number is changing, you’ll need to update your card anywhere it is currently saved. This includes adding the new card as a payee in digital banking, adding it to CardWise and your mobile wallet, and updating recurring payments, subscriptions and other merchants that have your card number on file.
If you currently use CardWise, historical eStatements will not transfer to your new card, so we recommend downloading any statements you would like to keep before activating your new card. Business cardholders who use MyCardInfo will continue to have access to their historical eStatements in their new profile.
