Community

Investing in the Place We Call Home.

At Prosperity Credit Union, community isn't just a word - it's the very heart of who we are. With branches spanning rural Saskatchewan, we're deeply connected to the people, businesses, and spirit that make our communities thrive.

We Stand With You as Sponsors, Volunteers, and Fans!

Our commitment to the community goes beyond banking. We believe true prosperity is built when we come together to support one another, empowering local businesses, agricultural producers, families, and individuals to grow and reach new heights. By sponsoring local events, volunteering alongside our neighbors, and cheering loudly from the sidelines, we invest in the future we all share.

Sustainability is at the core of our approach. We understand that lasting prosperity comes from nurturing the communities we serve. Together, we focus on creating opportunities and fostering economic strength to ensure a thriving future for generations to come.

At Prosperity Credit Union, we believe the best investment is a strong community filled with spirit, resilience, and success. Because when our communities succeed, we all prosper.

  8. "A PAC (Pre-Authorized Contribution) is a great way to start investing. For as little as $25 a month, you can start saving for your future and earning interest, with contributions that automatically come out, so you can forget about it and let your money do the work."

TJ resides in Nipawin, and like many of our staff, enjoys staying connected to the community. Winters are often spent around the hockey rink, coaching or playing β€” and when he’s not on the ice, he’s cheering from the stands. When summer arrives, you’ll likely find him out on the golf course.

  9. Strong communities don’t happen by accident. They happen when people show up.

Trina Helberg, on behalf of Prosperity Credit Union, was proud to present a $25,000 donation in Foam Lake to support the purchase of a shared school van for Foam Lake Composite School and Foam Lake Elementary School. This van will help transport students to sports, activities, and opportunities beyond the classroom.

Following the official merger of Foam Lake Credit Union with Prosperity Credit Union on January 1, this donation reflects what remains unchanged. Our belief in rural Saskatchewan, our commitment to local students, and our focus on strong communities like Foam Lake.

Because when our communities thrive, we all do.

  11. Dawn enjoys working with young members who are just beginning their investing journey. She helps them feel confident getting started, whether that means opening an RRSP, TFSA, FHSA, or setting up Pre-Authorized Contributions that support long-term success.

She also enjoys working with first-time parents to help them get started with RESPs and plan ahead for their growing families. Her tip is to start early and contribute regularly.

When she’s not at the branch, Dawn loves visiting greenhouses, surrounding herself with flowers and succulents, and spending time camping with her family. Spring is her favourite season, and she calls Carrot River home.
